Jobs Victoria’s new advertising campaign Backing You highlights how Jobs Victoria is backing Victorians to get back to work. And backing small business to find and hire staff.

It celebrates Victorians’ resilience and encourages jobseekers and businesses to access free employment services.

The campaign features television, radio, print, outdoor and online advertising.

The Backing You campaign shows Victorians that we recognise their value. It inspires a sense of opportunity, motivating jobseekers and businesses to seek support.

We’re backing Victorians. To get back to work and back to business.

We are proud to partner with Jobs Victoria to deliver Jobs Victoria Mentors.

Jobs Victoria supports Victorian jobseekers and employers in their local communities through face-to-face, online and phone-based services.

Our Jobs Victoria Mentors at Skillinvest help people to become work-ready, find a job that suits them and support them in their role for the first six months. We help people understand their career options and give them the tools and confidence they need to pursue them.

Our Mentors will assist people who have been unemployed for six months or more, or are without a job and at risk of long-term unemployment.

Skillinvest provides generalist Jobs Victoria mentor services in Southern and Eastern Metro, Gippsland, the Wimmera Southern Mallee and the Oven Murray Region of Victoria.

We provide specialist Indigenous services in Southern Eastern Metro (in collaboration with Indigenous Employment Partners) and Gippsland.
