Business Administration Traineeship

Skillinvest, in conjunction with our host employer located in Clayton South, are currently seeking to employ a Business Administration Trainee who will work to attain the nationally recognised qualification of Certificate IV in Business.
Duties would include and not be limited to:
- Data entry
- Purchase orders
- Organising and storing documents (physically and computer based)
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Printing, copying & distributing documents as required
- Other duties as required
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Strong computer/IT skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good customer service
- Prior office experience
- Be able to adapt easily and quickly
We are looking for an intelligent, motivated, person with strong communication skills and a sense of initiative, as well as the ability to learn quickly. A car and licence is an advantage but not essential.
