Description:

Skillinvest Limited are seeking to employ a Business Support Officer located at our Bairnsdale office, to assist with promoting Skillinvest Services and supporting consultants. This role is part time for 3 days a week, with flexible working arrangements available.

We require a highly skilled and motivated individual who is able to multi task and have the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels. The successful applicant will have strong attention to detail, be very organised and capable of working autonomously.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with promotion of Skillinvest services to potential employers, job seekers, industry and wider community through schools, industry events and publications

  • Advertise job vacancies through appropriate mediums

  • Actively foster and deliver a culture of high level service to all stakeholders

  • Contribute to a positive, supportive and collaborative workplace culture

  • Accurate and timely data entry

Successful Applicant must have: 

  • Minimum of 2 years working in a similar role

  • Employee Working with Children’s Check and Federal Police Check

  • Highly developed skills in organisation, planning and administration

  • High level of analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
