Human Resources Administration / Process Establishment

Skillinvest are currently looking for a part-time casual professional to assist a successful Birchip based business with the planning and implementing of processes, HR policies, programs, and practices.
The work required will be 2 days per week over a 3 – 4 Month period.
The successful candidate for this position will have a good knowledge of Information Systems and experience with SharePoint, along with strong experience and a solid understanding of HR Administration
- Organise recruiting and staff guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Structure of HR records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records. Current HR files need to be structured into the SharePoint site
