Program Manager (Outdoor Education)

Our Client operates several group accommodation venues (campsites) throughout Victoria, including Norval and Acacia Lodge, in Halls Gap.
These sites provide group accommodation and hospitality for up to 300 guests, coming from a broad range of user groups
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced and qualified person to fill the position of Program Manager. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to the value of education outdoors and the camping experience.
This is a full-time permanent position with a preference for the Program Manager to live on site.
The successful applicant will work as part of the camping team and be responsible for the delivery of the Outdoor Education programs at our Halls Gap sites.
The role provides a diverse work environment and includes managerial and operational tasks, including some ‘on call’ work.
The successful candidate will be able to develop and lead a team, manage external contractors and develop strong relationships with our guests. The ability to work as part of the general management team is critical.
