An opportunity exists for an experienced finance person to join the Business Services team in the role of Purchasing & Accounts Payable Officer. This is a rare opportunity for a skilled administrator to become an integral part of the finance and payroll operation servicing a wide range of internal and external clients.  The areas of responsibility provide a diverse range of tasks with boundless possibilities for candidates seeking a challenge. 

To be successful in this role candidates must possess the following attributes:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent clerical, administration and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve high results
  • Ability to follow direction and prioritise work

 

A Certificate III in Business Finance or Administration will be highly regarded.

This position is 25 hours per week, hours are negotiable which could suit school hours
