Business Customer Service Trainee

Certificate IV in Business

Entry level position -

Berwick/ Hallam Location

Skillinvest, in conjunction with our host employer located in the Berwick/Hallam area, are currently seeking to employ a Business Customer Service Trainee who will work to attain the nationally recognised qualification of Certificate IV Business.

Duties would include and not be limited to:

  •                       Answering phone calls, directing enquiries, and taking messages;
  •                       Computer-based tasks with written communications


  •                       Data entry
  •                       General Administration.
  •                       Other duties as required

We are looking for an intelligent, motivated, person with strong communication skills and a sense of initiative, as well as the ability to learn quickly. The successful applicant will need to have good problem solving skills and to be able to plan and organise their work.  Customer service and computer skills are definitely essential as is an understanding of the need for confidentiality. 

To be eligible for this position you must either be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident.
