Skillinvest has an opportunity for two motivated candidates to undertake a Horticulture traineeship in Bairnsdale. The successful candidates will study a Certificate III in Horticulture and gain valuable industry experience supported by a Skillinvest Mentor.
Duties Include:
- Provide horticultural services
- Maintain plant collections through gardening, grafting, pruning, and fertilising
- Operate equipment like brush cutters, hedge trimmers, blowers, and chainsaws
- Adhere to safety standards and procedures while performing all tasks
Requirements:
- Hold a current driver's licence
- Keen and enthusiastic learner with a genuine interest in horticulture and landscaping
- Physically capable of performing strenuous, repetitive outdoor tasks
