Medical Receptionist Traineeship- Heidelberg

Skillinvest is currently seeking applications for a Business Administration Traineeship, located at a busy Heidelberg. Our trainee will receive ongoing mentoring whilst learning on-the-job and undertaking a Nationally Recognised Qualification.

Duties:

  • Greeting patients on arrival
  • Phone and email correspondence
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Cash handling, EFTPOS transaction & banking o Faxing referrals & reports
  • General administration duties

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to liaise with patients from various backgrounds
  • Solid understanding of privacy and confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail is imperative
  • Able to work various rotating shift times
