RTO Training Coordinator

• Salary $98,564-$111,388
• 4 Excess leave days in addition to annual leave

Longerenong College is seeking a passionate Training Coordinator to work closely with the Training Manager at Longerenong College.

This position works closely with the Training Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the training and assessment team. In addition, this role in collaboration with the Training Manager is responsible for technological adoption of programs, systems and processes to improve the delivery and overall student learning experience. The role supports teachers and coordinates delivery of the academic and skills delivery program both on and off campus.

The role supports the delivery of high-quality training and assessment of students across all programs.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline - Highly desirable
• Proven ability to lead successful teams
• Strong ethical and collaborative focus
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail
