About the role

Skillinvest is seeking enthusiastic Field Workers for the upcoming 2024/25 harvest season in Horsham & surrounding areas. Based with a leading crop research organisation, you will undertake a range of tasks to support glasshouse, lab & field operations.

Duties

• Manual picking & harvesting of plants
• Bagging Canola plants in flower
• Cleaning, treating & bagging seed
• Sowing seeds in pots
• Other duties as required throughout the season

Skills and Experience

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently & in team
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
• Physically fit and able to meet manual requirements
