Job Description

Due to an increasing need to support our growing customer base we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our team. Joining our face paced and professional team, you have the opportunity to provide outstanding customer service to both internal & external customers across the business.

A day in the life

  • Create solutions for our customers by genuinely understanding what drives their decisions
  • Execute sales plans within your assigned sales territory
  • Maintain our CRM system to drive efficient sales activity through disciplined follow-up with customers
  • Generate leads and sales from your "boots on the ground" management of your sales territory
  • Follow-up on phone and walk-in customer enquiries to produce sales results
  • Leverage customer relationships and market intelligence to optimize sales results
  • Develop and keep informed on competitor activity within the region.

Desired Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Possess strong organisation skills and the ability to follow processes
  • A proven ability to achieve and exceed set targets
  • Ability to solve problems and develop innovative solutions
  • Current Australian drivers' licence
  • Unrestricted rights to work in Australia

Desired

  • Previous experience as a Sales Professional (3+ years preferred)
  • Previous experience in selling agricultural equipment
  • Broad understanding of farm production methods
  • Experience in EQUIP and strong computer skills, including Microsoft office
