Skillinvest has an opportunity for a motivated candidate to undertake a Certificate III in Telecommunications with a well established business based in Canning Vale. You will receive valuable industry experience and a nationally recognized qualification.

Duties Include:

• Install fixed and wireless network equipment and set up new telecommunications services.
• Assist in the construction and maintenance of telecommunications networks.
• Place or terminate cables, including those made of optical fiber.
• Undertake proof tests such as line testing, circuit commissioning and power tests.
• Assemble, erect, position and label items of equipment.
• Install and maintain telecommunication and other data systems at customers' premises.

Requirements:

• The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• A passion for telecommunications technology
• Driver's License
• White card and First Aid or must obtain
• Be able to travel to regional locations
• Be available for overtime
• Able to commit to the role and seeking a long-term opportunity
