While it's all fun and games for attendees and punters, many hours of hard work go into preparing a horse for race day. The entire process, from breaking-in to strapping a horse for a race, can take up to three years, and wouldn’t be possible without a dedicated team of up to 10 people including stable-hands, track riders and horse trainers.
