Customer Service Officer

Skillinvest is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team in a casual part-time role, working with a well-regarded government business.

Duties:

  • Respond to customer requests, enquiries and complaints
  • Maintain and update customer database
  • Assist customers with paperwork/registration forms
  • Cash handling and receipting duties
  • Provide general administrative/office support to various corporate divisions

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Administrative skills and experience
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Experience using finance programs (desirable)
  • Current Police Check

What is on offer:

  • Casual part-time position Mon, Tues & Thurs 8:30AM – 5:00PM
  • Immediate start available
  • Attractive hourly rate of $37.43 p/h
