Skillinvest is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team in a casual part-time role, working with a well-regarded government business.
Duties:
- Respond to customer requests, enquiries and complaints
- Maintain and update customer database
- Assist customers with paperwork/registration forms
- Cash handling and receipting duties
- Provide general administrative/office support to various corporate divisions
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Administrative skills and experience
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Experience using finance programs (desirable)
- Current Police Check
What is on offer:
- Casual part-time position Mon, Tues & Thurs 8:30AM – 5:00PM
- Immediate start available
- Attractive hourly rate of $37.43 p/h
