  • Salary range: $89,143 – $99,948
  • Additional 12 days excess leave per year, on top of normal 4 weeks annual leave entitlements

As the Operations Coordinator, you will be required to connect with clients, to engage company partnerships and develop ongoing business. You will also be required to research and identify new business contacts to generate new business, as well as maintaining an active caseload. The ideal candidate will have Group Training or Apprenticeship Industry experience.

The Operations Coordinator is a multi-faceted role responsible for promoting Skillinvest’s Operations services to potential partners, employers, jobseekers, students (including schools), industry, the community at large as well as working with Skillinvest’s departments across the business.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Identify and develop new strategic business opportunities in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
  • Act as a key contact for new business enquiries, providing costings and selling services.
  • Promote Skillinvest’s Group Training model of employing apprentices and trainees to potential employers.
  • Manage a caseload of apprentices and trainees identified by the Operations Manager.

Salary will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.

This position is based in Dandenong, travel within the region will be required from time to time. The successful candidate will require a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
