Skillinvest is seeking a Pool Manager for the Murtoa Swimming Pool. This role presents an excellent opportunity to be a leader providing a safe, healthy and enjoyable environment for people of all ages in the local community.

• Casual Management role averaging 20 hrs p/week

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Create and oversee pool activities & events
• Enforce pool rules and OHS regulations
• Respond swiftly to on-site emergencies and provide first aid
• Train, supervise and support staff
• Co-ordinate rosters for all staff and volunteers
• Manage all administrative tasks – reporting, timesheets, marketing etc.

IS THIS YOU?

• Lifeguard certification
• Strong swimming capacity and physically fit
• First Aid certificate
• Police check
• Working With Children’s Check

Casual work is anticipated to start mid November 2025.
