Skillinvest is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Admin Assistant to join a leading supplier in hospitality, catering and industrial equipment. Join a friendly and support team where you will be the first point of contact for customers, while supporting the smooth operation of retail and administrative functions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Greeting customers and assisting with product enquiries
  • Responding to email and phone correspondence
  • Processing cash and Eftpos transactions
  • Managing stock inventory and procurement
  • Merchandising and marketing of product
  • General cleaning and upkeep of show room and office

  • Enthusiastic and friendly nature
  • Strong interpersonal skills with resilience to handle and resolve customer needs
  • Hospitality or industry background
  • Proactive and capable of managing tasks autonomously
  • Current Working with Children’s Check
