Skillinvest is seeking motivated individuals for multiple casual harvest positions based in Minyip, VIC. Join a supportive team in a fast-paced agricultural environment and play an important role in the storage and handling of grain throughout the harvest season. We are looking for reliable, safety-focused individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable working outdoors.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Unloading and loading grain trucks
  • Filling and monitoring grain bunkers and silos
  • Covering stored grain with tarps
  • Performing general housekeeping duties, including sweeping and shovelling
  • Assisting with site operations and other labouring tasks as required

IS THIS YOU?

  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual work
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in outdoor conditions
  • Able to work split shifts and flexible hours as required
  • Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Previous grain handling or agricultural experience is advantageous but not essential
