WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Develop and secure new business partnerships across target industries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employers, industry associations and key stakeholders
  • Promote Skillinvest’s Group Training model for employing apprentices and trainees.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and revenue growth initiatives and implementation.

IS THIS YOU?

A proactive business development professional who has a track record building partnerships, creating business opportunities and delivers outstanding stakeholder experiences. In addition you will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage client relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and converting opportunities into business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role with a strong focus on customer service and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Experienced in researching market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Strong communication, problem solving, negotiation and resolution skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve high results.
  • Experience in Group Training is highly desirable.

  • To be considered for this position, candidates must hold current work rights in Australia.
  • Qualifications in relevant discipline is desirable (Marketing, Human Resources, Business Management etc).
  • Current driver’s Licence.
  • Employee Working with Children Check.
  • Australian Federal Police Check.
