WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Support the testing, rollout and upkeep of software, hardware and ICT systems
  • Deliver friendly, accurate customer support to staff and stakeholders
  • Monitor ICT equipment, troubleshoot issues and take prompt corrective action
  • Perform routine maintenance to keep devices and systems running smoothly
  • Help maintain up‑to‑date ICT documentation and assist with network and system management

IS THIS YOU?

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work well in a team and follow direction
  • Confident using a range of computer systems
  • Basic knowledge of tech systems with the ability to interpret and summarise information
  • Basic understanding of general office procedures
  • Customer‑focused, detail‑driven and eager to learn
  • Current Australian driver’s licence and willing to attain a Police Check
