WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Support the testing, rollout and upkeep of software, hardware and ICT systems
- Deliver friendly, accurate customer support to staff and stakeholders
- Monitor ICT equipment, troubleshoot issues and take prompt corrective action
- Perform routine maintenance to keep devices and systems running smoothly
- Help maintain up‑to‑date ICT documentation and assist with network and system management
IS THIS YOU?
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work well in a team and follow direction
- Confident using a range of computer systems
- Basic knowledge of tech systems with the ability to interpret and summarise information
- Basic understanding of general office procedures
- Customer‑focused, detail‑driven and eager to learn
- Current Australian driver’s licence and willing to attain a Police Check
