Skillinvest has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic administrator to join our client’s expert seed production team. This role offers an opportunity to build valuable industry experience while contributing to a supportive, hands‑on administrative environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Support seed production activities through accurate data entry and maintenance of grower and crop records
  • Communicate with growers and partners throughout the season on planting, harvest, QA and payment details
  • Coordinate required seed testing and maintain quality and compliance documentation
  • Assist with logistics for harvested and imported seed, including deliveries and bulk handling
  • Prepare production‑related paperwork such as grower payments, field records and seasonal updates

IS THIS YOU?

  • Prior experience in office administration
  • Strong communication skills to engage confidently with growers and production partners
  • High attention to detail with accurate data entry and record‑keeping abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work collaboratively with production, QA, finance and supply chain teams
  • Demonstrated reliability, integrity and customer‑focused approach
