Skillinvest has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to undertake a School-Based Apprenticeship with Dunmunkle Lodge in Minyip. Our apprentice will receive ongoing mentoring and support while gaining hands-on experience to obtain a ‘Certificate III in Commercial Cookery’.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Assisting in the preparation and cooking of meals
- Serve meals for residents in a safe, respectful and timely manner
- Wash and store clean utensils and dishes in line with food safety regulations
IS THIS YOU?
- Must have a passion for the food industry
- Have good interpersonal, communication and people skills
- Able to work in a busy team environment
- Must be punctual & reliable
- Willing to commit to work and study
- Willing to obtain a Police Check

To be eligible to receive an Apprenticeship or Traineeship and the government funding, candidates must be a citizen or permanent resident of Australia. New Zealand citizens must have resided in Australia for over 6 months to be eligible.
