Skillinvest are seeking a motivated person to join a hardworking team that keeps Horsham running smoothly by delivering essential waste collection services to the community. This is a great opportunity to get behind the wheel and make a real impact.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Collecting residential, commercial, and industrial waste
  • Performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Occasional manual labour or loading of hard rubbish
  • Operating heavy vehicles (side-lift, rear-lift, hook lift)

IS THIS YOU?

  • Be available for early morning starts of 6am
  • Flexible availability and able to pick up additional shifts/hours as needed.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or in a team
  • Good communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude
  • Willing to learn routes, operate equipment and represent the organisation professionally
  • Valid HR licence with safe, confident driving skill
  • Willing to obtain a Police Check
