ROAD WORKER
LOCATION: Warracknabeal

Skillinvest is seeking an experienced Road Worker for a casual position with one of Victoria’s leading providers in road maintenance services, construction and civil works. Working amongst a friendly and dynamic crew, you will enjoy physical outdoor work, operating power tools & machinery and be willing to learn.
Duties
- General Labouring
- Compacting, leveling, and spreading of materials to form roads
- Routine road maintenance
- Truck driving
- Removal of obstructions
Mandatory requirements
- Current Construction Induction White Card
- Current Medium Rigid Truck Licence
- Current Traffic Management Certificates
- Demonstrated industry experience
- Physically fit and able to meet manual demands of role
- Be available to attend after hours call out (Emergency responses)
Advantageous skills & experience
- Plant Operator Certificate
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Chainsaw and Polesaw Training
Successful candidates will be required to undertake pre-employment checks including a Medical Assessment, Drug and Alcohol Screening, Police Check and Driver History Check.
