Skillinvest has an opportunity for a motivated candidate to undertake a Business Administration Traineeship with PRP Property Valuers in Horsham. Our trainee will receive ongoing mentoring whilst learning on-the-job and undertaking a 'Certificate III in Business'.
Duties Include:
- Customer service (via email, telephone, and in-person)
- Co-ordinate and prioritise administrative tasks
- Preparation and management of electronic and hard-copy files
- Assist with the production of documents such as invoices, quotations and draft valuation reports
- Liaise with members of the team
Requirements:
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong understanding of confidentiality
- Willing to obtain a Police Check
