Business Administration Traineeship

Skillinvest has an opportunity for a motivated candidate to undertake a Business Administration Traineeship with PRP Property Valuers in Horsham. Our trainee will receive ongoing mentoring whilst learning on-the-job and undertaking a 'Certificate III in Business'.

Duties Include:

  • Customer service (via email, telephone, and in-person)
  • Co-ordinate and prioritise administrative tasks
  • Preparation and management of electronic and hard-copy files
  • Assist with the production of documents such as invoices, quotations and draft valuation reports
  • Liaise with members of the team

Requirements:

  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality
  • Willing to obtain a Police Check
